This slitter rewinder is equipped with hydraulic jumbo roll lifting unit; motorized jumbo roll position adjustment; shear knife + razor cutting; servo motorized trim winders which can follow the machine speed up to 500m/min; Plus its using the most advanced fully closed loop tension control system and contact roller system with automatic pressure control, the finished rolls produced are right tension, perfect shape, without wrinkles.
