Advantages

(1) Low maintenance and operation costs. The trolley furnace has a furnace door and a lifting mechanism, a furnace car and a driving mechanism, and sealing and driving parts. The structure is complex and the daily maintenance workload is large. However, the bell-type furnace basically has no transmission mechanism, the sealing structure is simple, the workload of maintenance, inspection and repair is small, and the maintenance cost is low.

(2) Short construction period and low total cost. The overall structure of the bell-type furnace is simple, and there are few purchased parts and machined parts, so the manufacturing and construction are simple, the cycle is short, the cost is low, and the production is fast.

(3) Energy saving. The hood of the bell-type furnace can be moved, and one hood can be achieved where conditions permit. Therefore, the use of the bell-type furnace has a large output, high efficiency and low energy consumption. Compared with the trolley furnace, the bell-type furnace has better air-tight performance, which basically cuts off the air exchange between the inside and outside of the furnace. The bell-type furnace of the same specification has less heat loss than the trolley furnace and is more energy-efficient.
