TIANBI MOULD have fully equipped, 95% mould processing is finished in our workshop. Most of our machine is working 24 hours. so we can make mould fast and accurate.
Processing Detection
After finish the precision machining, we will check the part on the three coordinate detection, to make sure the part size is correct.

Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are plastic injection mould factory, now totally we have 126 workers.
Q: Where is your main market?
A: We export moulds and plastic products to 105 countries, our main markets are America, European and Middle East.
Q: What is the machining accuracy of your facilities?
A: We have 21 CNC machine, the tolerance is +-0.025mm, and 6 high speed CNC machine, the tolerance is +-0.002mm.
Q: How many moulds do you make per year?
A: Now we can make around 650-700 sets mould per year.
Q: Do you have injection machine for mould test or make the products?
A: Yes, we have 90T, 160T, 250T, 390T, 450T, 650T injection machine for mould test and production.
Q: If your mold have problem, how do you solve the problem?
A: If some spare part broken, we will send you new one. If the mould quality problem, we will repair and pay the ship cost. Or we make another new mould to you free.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: T/T or L/C is workable to you, normal we accept T/T 50% with order, and the balance before the shippment.
